Welcome to PEI Wine Fest! By using our website and purchasing tickets to our events, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled by PEI Wine Fest. In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a full refund of the ticket price.

  1. Age Requirement

All attendees of our events must be of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the legal drinking age or is intoxicated.

  1. Conduct

We expect all attendees to behave responsibly and respectfully at our events. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our events who is behaving inappropriately or is disruptive to other attendees.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PEI Wine Fest and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.

PEI Wine Fest is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property at our events.
